Born in Cleveland, Ohio, home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Bill showed musical promise at an early age when he was selected to be one of the "Three Kings" in his elementary school Christmas pageant. After moving to Houston in the early 80's, he worked as a club manager at Rockefeller's for fifteen years; he now teaches English at Lamar High School and coaches the wrestling team. He has played with Tom Brown and Double Down, The Hold Outs, and was an original member of State Secrets where he met Rich; he has seen such stars as B.B. King and Roy Orbison. Bill, a father of two boys, has played music with Rich for over twelve years, though the two rarely speak.
