“Good things come in small packages,” can not even begin to describe Lisa and the energy she brings to the RLB. Born & raised in West Texas she has always had a passion for singing, wowing crowds as early as grade school by winning her 5th grade talent show in front of a packed house. With influences such as Melissa Ethridge, The Eagles, Sheryl Crow, Elvis and Elton John, Lisa was sure to be a great fit for the RLB. Lisa & her family set up roots in League City in the mid 90’s and she currently works as a Cost Engineer for a large engineering and design firm. After spending a few years away from the live music scene to raise her two boys Lisa resurfaced at some of the local open mic nights, performing with host bands such as Houston’s own “The Convertibles”. Rich & Russell first met Lisa at a little smokey hole bar in Texas City on a jam night. They were introduced by another local guitarist at which point Lisa was put through probably one of the most grueling interviews of her life. Once it was determined that not only could she sing, dance and entertain a crowd with the best, but that she is also a seasoned tambourine player, we at the RLB were hooked. Lisa is a very passionate, driven, energetic front for the RLB and you will definitely agree when you see and experience one of our live performances.
